Italo Fontana, the designer of the brand U-Boat, created with Welder a new watch brand with XXL-Watches. The talented, italian designer combined his experiences with the designs of tomorrow. That´s the reason why, this compositions are so perfect. This watches are impressional and shows a strong character. Innovative Designs and great dimensions are characteristical for this special kind of Welder watches.

It´s distinctive, that Italo Fontana in this creation was inspired by the typical elements of the U-Boat designs. Since 1942 it´s an asignment of U-Boat to create watches - originally for pilots and U-Boat officers - which are readable in any circumstance. In the same way, Italo Fontana, takes this concept and combined it with his ideas to improve and develop a special watches collection. The Welder Watches. An absolutely distinctive mark is the left positioned crown which allows the wrist to move freely. Innovative dials characterized by black and fluorescent colors contrast.
